I understand that sometimes life can interfere with appointments, but please kindly contact us as soon as possible to modify or cancel your appointment.

1. If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, 50% of the session cost will be charged.
2. For no shows or cancellations within 2 hours of appointment, 100% of the session cost will be charged.
3. Exceptions may be applicable in cases of emergencies or genuine unforeseen circumstances.
